Main Article Content
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on firm value, as proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk during the 2015–2024 period. The research employed a quantitative approach using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests. The data used were secondary data obtained from the company’s annual financial reports published through official sources and processed using SPSS version 26. The results indicate that, partially, ROA, DER, and TATO do not have a significant effect on PBV. This is evidenced by the significance value of each variable being greater than 0.05. Simultaneously, ROA, DER, and TATO also do not significantly affect PBV, as indicated by the F-test significance value of 0.865, which is greater than 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.107 indicates that only 10.7% of the variation in PBV can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 89.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
