Abstract

An event is something we can use to reach a goal and raise awareness of the brand and the company. The development of events over theyears changed, with exhibitions and performances now including beauty pageants and beauty contests.Indonesia’ss oldest beauty pageant, Puteri Indonesia, was organized by Yayasan Puteri Indonesia under the auspices of the cosmetics company PT. Mustika Ratu. In this study, researchers wanted to know whether there is an Influence of the event Puteri Indonesia and ElviraDevinamir,a2the 2014Puteri Indonesia wwinner on thepublic perception of women in Indonesia. Researchers use the main theories, such as Source Credibility Theory, and supporting theories, such as events and perception.As aresa resulte effects of the event Puteri Indonesia and Elvira Devinamira on public perception of Indonesian women haveareitive iIn can be concluded that every woman who follows the selection of Puteri Indonesia is definitely a good woman with a positive attitude as well
