Abstract

The objective of this Research is to understand the organization’s culture and how it improves employee performance at Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamandi. Research was conducted using descriptive methods. Research data was collected using a questionnaire completed by 30 employees. Research data was analyzed using descriptive technical analysis. Based on the analysis of the data, the following conclusions were reached: First, employee performance at Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamandi was relatively good, at 81.86%. This is shown by employees performing their work promptly, taking responsibility, producing high-quality results, obeying the rules, and fostering cooperation. Second: the organization’s culture at Balai Diklat Aparatur Sukamis is relatively weak, as the values and norms regarding task structure, applicable regulations, employee interactions, and the appreciation of achievements have not been fully agreed upon as a reference for activities aimed at achieving organizational goals. This should be improved. Third, an organization’s culture canimproved employee job performance. Agreement on values and norms will encourage the employee organization toto conduct work in accordance with the organization’s objectives. This is indicated particularly by the structure of tasks that employees can demonstrate the quality of their work
