Main Article Content
Abstract
The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities to improve the effectiveness of recruitment processes in Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) businesses. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Artificial Intelligence in improving distributor recruitment processes in MLM businesses. In this study, AI utilization includes the use of technology to identify potential distributors, develop and personalize communication messages, manage prospects, and improve the efficiency of interactions with potential recruits. This research employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to distributors who utilize AI-based technology in their recruitment activities. The data are analyzed using statistical techniques to examine the effect of AI utilization on recruitment effectiveness. Recruitment effectiveness is measured through several indicators, including the number of prospects, response rate of potential distributors, recruitment conversion rate, time efficiency, and the quality of successfully recruited distributors. The findings are expected to provide empirical insights into the role of AI in supporting more effective, efficient, and measurable recruitment processes in MLM businesses. This study also provides practical implications for MLM practitioners in strategically integrating AI technology into marketing activities and distributor network development
