Jurnal Insan Berdaya: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Multidisiplin (JIB) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published in JIB are freely accessible online, ensuring that research findings are widely disseminated and can be accessed by researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and the general public without any barriers.

Authors retain copyright of their work and grant JIB the right to publish the article under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY). This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the author(s) for the original creation.
